Great location near Vatican. Close to public transportation. Furniture needs refurbishment. Shared kitchen with non-working cooktop. High ceiling in room for four people. Shower stall can leak. Check-in/check-out process needs improvement. Small elevator for carrying luggage. Washer in room. Daily room cleaning. Views of Vatican.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities such as the well-equipped Leisure/TV room and private facilities. the service was impeccable, with the staff always on hand to assist us in any way they could. the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to the metro, bus station, and upscale shops and restaurants.
The only minor issue we encountered was a slight noise disturbance from the street below, but this was to be expected as the hotel is located in a central area.

The location was fantastic, close to the Vatican and a metro station, making it easy to access all of the attractions in the Vatican area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and spacious room that had modern amenities and a comfortable bed.

We had an amazing stay at a bed and breakfast in the Vatican area. The location was perfect, close to Ottaviano metro station and within walking distance to a restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe. the facilities and room advantages made our stay pleasant.
That the rooftop terrace was inaccessible.
